Sarah is a chartered certified accountant with over 20 years’ accounting experience across a broad variety of sectors, including local government, retail, international audit and assurance, manufacturing, and most recently higher education. She came to Ridge following a 10-year period working for Oxford University, spending her first 8 years as a Divisional Finance Manager for the Social Sciences Division, where she was responsible for the financial management of multiple departments, as well as budgeting and forecasting reporting at a Divisional level. Most recently she spent 2 years as the Trusts and Investments Accountant, responsible for the accounting treatment and financial reporting of ~£6bn of University-owned assets, including £4bn of trusts and endowment funds. She graduated from the University of East Anglia with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
